Welcome to MavenMind! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing your use of our resume-building platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. User Account

• Account Creation: To access and use advanced features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update this information promptly to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Account Security: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.
• Account Restrictions: You agree not to create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself. You also agree not to create an account or use the platform if you have been previously removed or banned by us.
• Multiple Accounts: You are not permitted to create more than one account unless explicitly authorized by us. Creating multiple accounts without permission may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
• Inactive Accounts: We reserve the right to terminate inactive accounts. An account may be considered inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period of time, as determined by us at our sole discretion.
• Data Retention: Upon termination of your account, whether by you or us, all data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.

2. User Conduct

• You agree to use our platform in a lawful manner and not engage in any activity that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• You may not use our platform for any malicious or harmful purposes, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
• Prohibited Activities:
  You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Posting or transmitting any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users of the platform.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation.
  • Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the platform, or which, in our sole judgment, exposes us or any of our users, affiliates, or third parties to any liability or detriment of any type.
• System Integrity and Security: You agree not to:
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of our platform or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the platform through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the platform for any purpose without our express written permission.
• User Content: You agree that any content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the platform:
  • Does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
  • Does not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
  • Is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• Reporting Violations: You agree to report any violations of these Terms of Service or any suspicious activity you become aware of to us immediately. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
• Consequences of Violation: Violations of this User Conduct policy may result in, among other things, the termination or suspension of your rights to use the platform and/or legal action.

3. Your Data

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you input into our platform, including personal information, employment history, education, and skills.
• • Data Collection: By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use information and data provided by you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • AI Training: You consent to the use of any data, content, and information that you provide through the platform for the purpose of training and improving our artificial intelligence (AI) models. This includes, but is not limited to, anonymized usage data, interactions, and other relevant information.
  • Anonymization and Aggregation: We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any personal data used for AI training is anonymized and aggregated to protect your privacy. Personal identifiers will be removed or altered to prevent the identification of individual users.
  • Purpose Limitation: The data collected will solely be used to enhance the performance, accuracy, and capabilities of our AI models. We will not sell, lease, or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

• All content and intellectual property on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MavenMind Technologies inc and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our website content or proprietary copy within the platform without our permission.

6. Privacy

• We collect and use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• MavenMind is not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your use of our platform.

9. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold MavenMind harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario in Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Subscription Services

• MavenMind Technologies inc offers subscription-based services that provide access to additional product features and benefits. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:

14. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Subscription plans and their associated fees, one-time service fees are clearly outlined on our platform. You agree to pay the specified subscription fee in accordance with the terms and pricing provided during the subscription process.
• Payments for subscription or one-time services are processed through secure payment gateways. You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing information, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee.

15. Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during the subscription signup. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods that have already been billed.
• Service fees are billed once at the time of the transaction.

16. Free Trials

• MavenMind may offer free trial periods for subscription services. Free trial availability and duration will be clearly stated during the signup process.
• At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel it before the trial period expires.

17. Changes to Subscription Terms

• MavenMind Technologies inc reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or the terms of subscription services at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to your subscription terms.

18. Termination of Subscription

• MavenMind Technologies inc may terminate or suspend your subscription and access to subscription features for any reason, including non-payment or violation of these Terms.

19. Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases, such as billing errors or technical issues on our part, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

21. Meeting Scheduling and Payments

• Booking Meetings: Users can schedule meetings through our platform by selecting available time slots and completing the booking process. You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling a meeting.
• Meeting Confirmation: Once a meeting is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the meeting. It is your responsibility to review the meeting details and notify us of any discrepancies.
• Rescheduling and Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a meeting once per the given payment period. Rescheduling and cancellations must be made within the specified time frame to avoid incurring any fees.
• Payment Terms
  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with scheduling a meeting through our platform. The applicable fees will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By scheduling a meeting and providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the service, please reach out to admin@mavenmind.co within 5 business days of making a payment and outlining reasons for the refund. Requests for refund submitted later than 5 days after making the payment will not be granted.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we reserve the right to cancel the scheduled meeting and restrict your access to the platform until the outstanding balance is settled.
• Meeting Conduct
  • Punctuality: You are expected to join the meeting on time. If you are late, the meeting may still end at the originally scheduled time, and no refund will be provided for the lost time.
  • Preparation: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in the meeting. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties on your part.
  • Professional Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself professionally during the meeting. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the meeting and potential suspension or termination of your account.
• Changes to Meetings
  • Platform Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the meeting scheduling service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
  • Meeting Changes: In the event that we need to reschedule or cancel a meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a refund.
